Building Process

Adding space to a house is easier than commonly thought. We built this covered deck three years ago, they returned requesting a three season room built under the portion of the deck with a roof. We removed the railing and deck boards then installed sub-flooring, framing, siding, and bamboo flooring.

We installed insulation and vinyl soffit under the room addition to add R value and dress up the patio on the walk out basement.
